Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

If you are a California resident, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA/CPRA"), Civil Code §1798.100 et seq. This Notice provides you with information regarding this opt-out right. All terms used in this Notice are as defined in the CCPA/CPRA or applicable regulations thereunder.
Your Right to Opt Out
Under the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to direct us to not sell or share your personal information. "Sharing" means making personal information available to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes, whether or not for monetary consideration. You may exercise your opt-out right by contacting us at the address below.
How to Submit a Request

Authorized Agents
You may use an authorized agent to exercise your right to opt out, in which event the authorized agent's request on your behalf shall include a notarized statement properly signed by you appointing such authorized agent for such purpose. If your authorized agent submits the opt-out request by email, the notarized statement shall be mailed to the address specified above within five (5) days after submitting such request.
What "Sale" and "Sharing" Means
Under the CCPA/CPRA, the "sale" of personal information includes any communication of personal information to any third party for monetary or other valuable consideration, with certain exceptions and limitations. "Sharing" includes making personal information available for cross-context behavioral advertising. In some cases, it may not be feasible for us to provide our reward program(s) to you if you exercise your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Therefore, if you or your authorized agent submits an opt-out request, and we reasonably believe that it would prevent us from providing our reward program(s) to you, we will notify you and give you the option to close your account(s).
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your opt-out rights. Unless an exception applies, we will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, provide you a different level of quality, or suggest that you may receive a different price or level of quality for exercising your rights.
